On Twitter/X, artist Chris Fenoglio (@ChrisFenoglio) shared his spectacular artwork of the characters from Star Trek: Lower Decks and Star Trek: Deep Space Nine playing baseball together in the holodeck, in a loving ode and update to the DS9 season 7 classic, "Take Me Out To The Holosuite." Check it out below:
Chris Fenoglio's art beautifully recreates the park where the Niners played the Vulcan Logicians on Star Trek: Deep Space Nine. At bat is Grand Nagus Rom, with Lt. Samanthan Rutherford serving as catcher, and Constable Odo back as umpire. In the dugout, Lower Decks' Ritos and DS9's Niners mingle. From left to right, there's Lt. Brad Boimler, Dr. Julian Bashir, Chief Miles O'Brien, Colonel Kira Nerys, Captain Worf, Lt. D'Vana Tendi, Lt. Beckett Mariner, and Captain Benjamin Sisko is back from the Celestial Temple. Watching from the stands are Sisko's Vulcan arch-rival, Captain Solok, Quark, and Morn.
