Warning: SPOILERS for Star Trek: Picard Season 3, Episode 8 – "Surrender"Although it took 8 episodes of Star Trek: Picard season 3, the reunion of the complete cast of Star Trek: The Next Generation was worth waiting for. Picard season 3, episode 8, "Surrender," saw Admiral Jean-Luc Picard (Patrick Stewart) and his son, Jack Crusher (Ed Speleers), engineer the defeat of Captain Vadic (Amanda Plummer) and her Changeling minions. After taking back control of the USS Titan-A, the time has finally come for Picard and his former crew of the USS Enterprise-D and E to come together.
Star Trek: Picard season 3's slow-burn TNG reunion broke up the legacy characters into different arcs. Picard's mission to rescue Dr. Beverly Crusher (Gates McFadden) kicked off season 3. Captain Will Riker (Jonathan Frakes) was by Picard's side in the early season 3 episodes before he was captured by Vadic. Imprisoned on the Shrike, Riker reunited with his estranged wife, Deanna Troi (Marina Sirtis). Meanwhile, Captain Worf (Michael Dorn) engaged in a thrilling team-up with Commander Raffi Musiker (Michelle Hurd), which led the black ops duo, along with Riker, to Daystrom Station, where they retrieved the hybrid Soong synthetic who fully manifested as Data (Brent Spiner). And Commodore Geordi La Forge (LeVar Burton) saved the day more than once after coming aboard the Titan in Picard episode 6, "The Bounty."
