The two actors have met in real life and Speleers was a guest on Wheaton's Paramount+ post-show, The Ready Room, but Wesley did not appear in Star Trek: Picard season 3. The elder Crusher brother's last canonical appearance was a cameo at the end of Star Trek: Picard season 2 when Wesley recruited Kore Soong (Isa Briones) to join the Travelers.
Terry Matalas was asked during a Reddit AMA whether Wesley and Jack met during the one-year time jump that occurred in Star Trek: Picard season 3's finale. In that segment of time, Jack aced an accelerated Starfleet Academy curriculum, which earned him a spot on the new USS Enterprise-G. Read Matalas' response below:
